I've begun to calculate the best configuration for a hydrogen generator to fulfill the needs of what the atv may require, while also keeping it small enough so as to not draw too much power that the atv cannot provide it in the production of hydrogen. There are quite a few different designs that could be used, however the most popular ones are an 11-cell and 8-cell generator. It's looking like an 8-cell will be more favorable, but that's not to say it won't still pull too much power.

Exhaust Is On!
The mechanic put the exhaust without me being there, so I have no pictures of the installation. However I just got through trying it out, and there sure is a huge difference! Both audibly and performance.

Atv Pictures
This is the work atv that clears sidewalks of snow in the winter. The exhaust apparently wasn't made of a corrosion resistant metal like stainless steel or aluminum of which the new system is. The salt from the road effects the atv mostly where the wheel well is from the spraying salt water off the tire. You can see that his sister in red has near perfect cosmetics, she doesn't work but stays in the garage all winter, unless needed.

Waiting
The atv must be taken apart to the extent of exposing the engine from all plastics and other components that are in the way of putting in the exhaust system. This has to be done with the help of my father's mechanic, who is currently busy finishing up the larger more important pieces of equipment for his snow business in preparation of the upcoming winter. I've talked to the mechanic and he said that he'll be able to get to the atv in a week. By next Friday there will be another update.

New Exhaust System!
Now that the exhaust is here, it can be installed soon and then the baseline fuel consumption can be found, a crucial part of this project.

First Post/Update!
Ok, I have accomplished one of my goals so far, I have bought the plans for hydrogen generators in order to find the best design for this specific projec
